Hello all. I was wondering if someone could give me a few leads
on the following.
I need to obtain reports of commercial arbitration. The Arbitration
Association in New York informed me that commercial arbitration is kept
confidential and could not provide reports. However, I have been informed
that there are some companies out there who do track and report such
arbitration.
Has anyone heard of (or have telephone numbers of) Simpsons Arbitration
Service (name may not be exact) in Newark, NJ.; Bureau of Business Practice
in Connecticut (somewhere); and/or a company in Atlanta similar to Simpsons?
Any information would be much appreciated. Thank you all in advance.
