I would be most grateful if anyone with access to earlier US Supreme
Court briefs (other than via the CIS microfiche set) could help me out. I
have been unable to find the parties' briefs for the following US Supreme
Court cases in our CIS set:
US v. Butler, 297 US 1 (1936)
Calder v. Bull, 3 US 386 (1798)
Our CIS microfiche set includes only the amicus briefs for Butler and it
does not include Calder at all (the set doesn't go back that far). Does
anyone out there have the parties' briefs for either or both of these
cases? If so, I'd be very grateful if you would contact me. Thanks
