You state that CBC's market research indicated a strong preference for
the binder/supplement format "for a variety of reasons." I'd like to hear
some of those reasons. Lawyers have an almost superstitious belief in the
currency of the looseleaf format, while we know that they are not
necessarily more current, but are inevitably more expensive.
