To all Couch on Insurance Subscribers:
Clark Boardman Callaghan's policy regarding lost or stolen pamphlets
is to charge $10 per replacement pamphlet. If theft of pamphlets is a
major concern, we would urge you to try our CD-ROM version of Couch on
Insurance.
As there still appears to be some confusion regarding the format of
the new edition, we would like to reiterate that the new binders will
be ring binders containing pamphlets, NOT looseleaf pages in
compression binders; updating will be in the form of supplement
pamphlets and replacement chapters. Chapters will be replaced when
developments in the law so warrant.
We appreciate the input we have received and are trying to accomodate
as many of the competing interests as possible. Again, we invite you
