Our attorneys often reply on "Interference Law and Practice" by
Charles W. Revise and A.D. Caesar, published in four volumes by
Michie in (get this) 1943. No other more recent, in depth
treatise has crossed my desk. (Message to Michie: any
thoughts about an update?)
There are seminar materials on interference published by Patent
Resources Institute in Charlottesville, VA, tel. 804-296-3900,
which may fit the bill. Try "Patent Interference Practice:
Under NAFTA, GATT & The 1995 Rules."
PLI also used to publish a one-volume "Patent Interference"
book by Klitzman. Our last supplement was issued in 1985.
Aside from these, I usually just send people to the old
stand-by, "Chisum on Patents" from Bender.
