I have an unusual request from one of my lawyers. He needs to know what
the law on bigamy was in Pennsylvania circa 1730. The Yale Law School
library, the most likely research library in our area, has Pa. statutes
no farther back than the 1790s. I've searched the online services, both
cases and law review articles, hoping to find t least a reference -- but
with no luck.
I would be extremely grateful for any help or suggestions.
