Dear Law Libbers!
     Personally, I don't believe any of this stuff about market surveys
etc. I think all this is a way for the publishers to make some money by
changing the existing sets. Alot of it has to do with the fact that
many of us are going with electronic formats and the book market is
slow. Look at all the recent Aspen additions (split offs), as far as
I'm concerned their just out to make a buck and not to ease my work
load. The problem is trying to explain all these price increases to my
executive budget committee, maybe it's time to start cancelling all
sets which are not worth the price that we're paying!!
