Yes, it's true! CCH has been sold to Wolters Kluwer NV (Amsterdam) for
about $1.9 billion, according to the Dow Jones News Service (sale subject
to approval from the powers that be). I heard this from Anne Washburn in
our Greensboro, NC office, who always finds out about stuff before I do.
