I am trying to purchase a copy of a video on appellate practice in the 9th
Circuit. I have been told that this video was recently seen advertised in a
legal paper (Recorder?). I have no idea who the producer of this video may
be - any suggestions greatly appreciated.

There are two versions of the videotape "Perfecting Your Appeal",
a civil and a criminal version. They are available from the
Ninth Circuit Clerk's Office, PO Box 193939, San Francisco, CA
94119-3939. The cost is $15.
