I, too, was asked to get a copy of the practice video from the 9th
circuit. It wasn't advertised, per se, in the Recorder, but there was an
article about it in the Tuesday, November 14 issue. I have a copy of the
article but no page number. Sorry. It was under the heading, "Court Watch"
if that helps.
Though the writer neglected to give ordering information, he did mention
that it costs $15.00 and the title is "Perfecting Your Appeal." I have
called the 9th circuit and left a message but they have not yet called me
back. Hope this helps.
