Can anyone tell me where, other than a government agency, I might be able
to locate a house report from 1983. This is normally a very simple
request here in D.C. but the government libraries closed, I am having a
hard time tacking it down. I have also tried a some academic libraries
with no success. I know that we could try CIS, however, we are trying to
contain costs as much as possible and will only use this as a last resort.
The report is: Investigation of Alleged Improper Alterations of House
Documents. House Ethics Committee, 98th Congress, 1st
Session, 1983. ( H.Rpt. #98-544).
If anyone has any recommendations or has the actual report, I would
appreciate hearing from you.
