I am a graduate student in library science at the University of
Oklahoma (I am also the Librarian at the Tulsa County Law Library). I
am seeking articles for a paper that I am writing. The topic of the
paper is "Access to Agency Records in an Electronic Age". Basically, I
am looking for anything that discusses the transition from print to electronic
format and how that affects patron access. I have looked through my
ALA Law Library Journals and have not found anything directly on this
topic. Can anyone help? Additionally, if anyone considers themselves an
expert in this area, I would love to interview someone. Please let me
