Dear Colleagues -
We are interested in acquiring (donation or purchase) a set of annotated
California Codes (Deering's or West) circa. 1960 -1965. These are oldies
but goodies for Guam legal research. CA civil code adopted in Guam in 1933
and again after WWII liberation. Older CA cases are binding precedents in
Guam. We maintain current set, but unfortunately older set was inadverdently
discarded by predecessor unfamilar with quirks of Guam legal research.
Current set does not have certain annotations - especially for superceded
sections.
Please excuse this windy explanation, but book dealers think I'm crazy when I
try to acquire these materials.
