We need a copy of the proposed Watershed Regulations for NYC. Our
understanding is that this revision will replace 10 NYCRR part 128 and is
based on Public Health Law ch. 70, 71, and 73. If anyone can provide a
copy of this or tell us how to obtain a copy, I would be very grateful.
