Hi everyone, especially those librarians in Kentucky! I am looking to
get a copy - preferably a faxed copy - of 803 KAR 2:180 section 7. I'm
told that this section is from the Kentucky agency dealing with OSHA-type
matters. Specifically, it should be the section which covers the
requirement to report to Kentucky OSHA (or whatever its official name is)
the fact that employees were taken to or admitted to a hospital for
treatment of a work-related injury.
Lexis doesn't have KY regs, I don't have access to Westlaw, our county
law library is closed for Veteran's Day, and I can't get an answer at the
law school library as to whether they even have KY regs. If anyone could
fax this section to me, I - and two partners - would be extremely grateful!
