Hi everyone. This is request directed at anyone who has a good
California environmental law collection. I am looking for the most
recent "No Significant Risk Levels for Carcinogens" list that is
promulgated by the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment
(OEHHA) of the California EPA. We have the January 1993 list and want to
know whether there is any more recent list. According to the OEHHA, this
document contains a "compilation of daily intake levels calculated for
purposes of the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986
(Proposition 65)."
I searched for and found an Internet site for the OEHHA, but it does not
contain this document, only the main list of known carcinogens and
reproductive toxicants. I also placed a call to the OEHHA, but got an
answering machine and no one has called me back. If anyone has this
document and could fax or mail it to me, I would really appreciate it.
Or if someone could tell me where I could get it myself, that would be
fine too. Of course we would pay any costs.
