Does some kind soul in Atlanta have the March 1993 issue of Economic
Review (published by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta)? We'd like
to borrow it, if possible, to take a look at the following article:
Christopher L. Holder. "The Use of Mitigating Factors in Bank Mergers
and Acquisitions: A Decade of Antitrust at the Fed," pp. 32-44.
No luck obtaining it online, and the Internet site has only a
citation, not the full text.
