A librarian in the county library system asked me how I would rate this
publication, _How to reduce your property tax_ by Genesis Press (no address
given in the ad she has). The return address on the envelope the ad came
in listed FJA Inc., in Florida.

Has anyone heard of this press, or know anything about this publication?
Anyone in Florida? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
