Hello all you Philadelphia librarians,
I am searching for the Philadelphia city ordiance that discusses private
employers, 50 employees or more, and what is used for layoff purposes.
Is it % or employee amount that determines what is done?
In the Philadelphia code the section is 9-1500 et. seq.
