I have 2 requests:
1) I need a copy of a journal article from the Journal of Taxation of
Exempt Organizations. This journal is now published by W G & L, but it was
previously published by Faulkner & Gray. The cite I have is 2 J of Tax
Exempt Org 16, the date was Spring/91 and the author was Buehler. I do not
have a title. If someone could fax me a copy, I would be most grateful.
2) Is anyone aware of software for "corporate governance"? This would be
used for corporate minutes, etc. I am aware of what CT Corp has - I was
wondering if there are others.
