Don't laugh, but when I'm not sure I've covered all the bases on a
research project, I check my notes from library school. Where I can't
seem to let go is on the 'Net.

After exhausting the _Federal Yellowbook_, my next choice is _Directory of
Special Libraries_. More often than not, the librarians understand the
organization of their agency, and if they don't have the info in their
collection, they can refer me to the individual who does.
