Lauri, I too have ordered some government publications, and have requested
help (by letter or by fax) in obtaining them no less than 5 times since I
ordered them in Sept. of 94. I usually will not call because I cannot find
an 800 number for them, and refuse to be left on hold forever on my time. If
you get any useful information on how to deal with
the GPO, please let me know or post recommendations to the list.
