Good Morning!
Does anyone have a favorite book/treatise about the Investment Company
Act of 1940? I have looked (VIVA Internet!) at the library catalogs of
Columbia, NYU Law School, Cornell University, NY Public Library and
Books-in-Print. I located one PLI book "Investment Company Act of 1940"
but it's dated 1981 and the attorney fairly threw it down in digust
(i.e., "It's too old!"). Needless to say, the books I then located that
were from the 1940s and 1970s were not quite what I was looking for. Any
ideas on something that may be more recent? He is looking for some in-
depth commentary on the Act. Any help is much appreciated!
