Can you direct me or inform me of a source for the status of Mexico as a
signing the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property
Rights (TRIPs Agreement)?
We have checked some Lexis/Nexis files, called the LC Mexico Specialist
(on vacation), the UN. We are currently reviewing some government documents
for background information including the Uruuguay Round Agreements Act.
