I am trying to locate someone that has the Securities Industry
Assoc., Compliance and Legal Division quarterly newsletter C&L
News & Notes. I have contacted SIA and they are giving me the
run around with no one helping. The article I need is in vol
95-2, p 4, titled "Judicial Resolution of Arbitral Claims after
Luckie and Mastrobuono" by Lawrence Fenster.
I am willing to pay for a faxed copy if anyone is able to
