The EPA places its guidance documents on a bbs available
by telnet -- ttnbbs.rtpnc.epa.gov. If you do not have telnet
access, you may dial the bbs directly at 919-541-5742.

We are in need of EPA Guidance Document entitled Use and Enforcement of 
Information Requests and Administrative Subpoenas under Cercla 104e and 
122e, OSWER #9834.4. It is not among the guidance documents in the BNA 
reporter or the
Environmental Law Reporter on which we normally rely for these items. 
This is an urgent request so any kind soul who faxes this will receive
