Does anyone know of a recently passed regulation in Chicago which encourages
the development of mobile offices in order to derease the pollution levels
in the center of town. Or is there a regulation in Chicago( Cook County)
which encourages car-pooling to reduce air pollution? Also has the Los
Angelos area changed their air pollution rule 1501 which has established a
traffic-reduction plan. The attorney wants to know if an employer has to
show "good cause" to make an employee come into the central office which is
in the downtown area. I have done a Nexis and Westlaw search but did no come
up with a good answer. I need city/county ordinances not state
administrative codes.
