Justice delayed is justice denied

"Justice delayed is justice denied" has proven to be a tough nut to
crack. The earliest I have discovered in those precise words is a 1924
Ohio case which can easily be found from Wexis. The idea undoubtedly goes
back to antiquity. Perhaps by my next edition I will have found
something more.
