Dear friends,
I am in the third session of mediating a small claims suit here, where
plaintiff has a judgement already, and is having trouble collecting --
this third meeting was to try to persuade def. to cooperate. I am
trying to remember the TITLE of a small paperback book I had years ago
which presented tactics for collecting on small claims judgement, so I
can refer plaintiff to it. Actually, I'd like to buy another copy for
myself, too. The book was not the one titled "Sue the Bastards!" I have
had no success searching thru our library resources, Books in Print, and
two large but helpful bookseller businesses here in Tallahassee. Can any
of you think of some more titles that I can look at? Do you have a
couple of books in your library?
