HI! I was wondering if anyone is aware of a treatise on the Unauthorized
practice of law (ie. a laymen giving legal advise for a fee). I come to
the list because I know it is has been discussed before. I haven't done
much preliminary research on this. I am on maternity leave and taking the
easy way out. If anyone has any suggstions I would greatly appreciate it.
Articles( trade p
ublications) on the topic are ok but the attorney prefers
books or law reviews.
