I don't know if this is directly on point, but you might want to get some
of West's brochures entitled "How Online Research Helps Our Firm
Represent You Best While Minimizing Legal Fees." Although published by
West and discussing the advantages of Westlaw over manual research, it is
equally applicable to Lexis or any other methods of CALR. It's West
product 3-9250. It might help.
