Hello all,
I am in desparate need of an unreported opinion and order from the
federal district court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. The case is US
Ecology v. Kentucky, index number 88-56, dated 7/16/93. This is a cercla case.
The court of course, will send us a copy, but they require prepayment etc. and I
need the order today. If you happen to have a copy and would be willing to fax
it to me, I would be most grateful. Thanks in advance.
