A patron (an attorney) has asked me if anyone is familiar with
the Federal Environmental Safety Authority (FESA) CD Library,
and if so, how does it compare to BNA's Environment Library on
CD.

He is considering purchasing one or the other and would be
interested in your comments about either one, or both. Any help
would be most appreciated.
