I need assistance in obtaining a new Brazilian law concerning the Basle
Accord - risk based capital requirements for banks. I have already tried
the US State Dept., the Fed, the Brazilian Embassy, Geolex, various New
York bank libraries to no avail. If someone could help me obtain this law
, I would be very grateful. Thanks.
