Folks,
I'm working on the ASD SIS program proposals for the 1996 Annual Meeting,
and to make it easier to fill out the forms, I have replicated the form
in WordPerfect 6.1 format. If anyone else can make use of this, I have
made a copy available by anonymous ftp at lawlib.slu.edu, type binary,
get proposal.frm. If your mailer can handle binary attachments, I can
e-mail a copy to you if you prefer.
Please note that I am simply making this available for those who can use
it. I am going out of town for a week, and I won't be available to answer
questions, solve problems, convert it to other formats, etc., etc. If you
can use it, you're welcome to do so. If you don't know how to ftp or
don't know what a binary attachment is, please don't ask; I won't have the
time to help right now. So please accept my apologies in advance.
