This brings up a question I often wonder about. Whose bar rules am I
violating when, and if, I give legal advice over the net. Is it the bar
in the State I'm located in (or in this case, DC) or where the patron is
located, or any and all states in which the message passes through, or is
there a general Internet Bar?

I hope this helps,

Brian-
