Lazy library staff? Refusal to do paperwork? I have no idea where this
person works, but I have never talked to "lazy library staff" before.
I am a one-person corporate law library (thus have only myself to blame if
things don't get done), but I deal with quite a few law firm libraries here
in Dallas. I have *yet* to talk to any library staff member, professional or
paraprofessional, who is not polite, hardworking, and willing to help me with
my questions and wild goose chases.
In fact, in some of my wilder chases, I have talked with librarians and
paraprofessionals across the country, and have never encountered a lazy,
impolite person.
