The speakers, I. Zulu and A.J. Cooper, discussed the dreams and
realities of the 'information superhighway;' what telecommunications
companies, technological firms, financiers, banks and politicians are
doing and planning to do. Amidst all the promotion of the 'information
superhighway' law librarians can question the modes of access. This tape
also is informative to AALL members interested in the federal legislative
process.
