Hi
I am trying to find out if there are other cases that discuss, cite, follow, etcthe following case:

Gomba Holdings UK Ltd v Homan [1986] 1 WLR 1301
[1986] 3 All ER 94

Looking for English Cases - I have checked Current Law, Aus. + NZ Citator to UK Reports, the Case volumes of All ER, the Law Reports series etc. and have only found a few cases, one being:

Rottenberg v MonJack in The Times July 2, 1992 Cooke J.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
