Antenuptial or premarital agreements are covered in California
Family Code section 1610 et seq. but I could not find a statutory form
provided there. I am surprised to hear (or am I incorrectly inferring
from your message) that other states have such a form because normally
this is a contractual agreement. Don't despair, though, because forms
do exist. Bender's publication, California Family Law, vol. 6 starting
at sect. 201.40, has about a dozen forms. If you want, I'll be happy
to fax you a list of the titles, e.g., Provision for Transfer of
Property Immediately After Marriage.
