I am looking for a form for an antenuptial agreement specific to
California. The most logical place to look would seem to be West's
set of forms which complement their set of California Codes, but after
spending most of the morning searching that set I have decided that
logic has nothing to do with it! I have yet to find anything other
than a few references to pre-marital agreements with no form to speak
of.
There is another set put out by Banks-Baldwin titled "Family Law" with
each set being specific to different states. I have not found a set
for California yet so I have not been able to check for the form.
If anyone has access to the family law set and could check it for a
form I would appreciate it. If you know that there is a form in the
California Code set please feel free to inform me of my ignorance, and
if you have any ideas about other places to look I would love to hear
them.
