Dear Law-libbers:
I've not been able to locate ABD Associates Ltd Partnership v. American
Tobacco Co., handed down 6/26/95 by the U.S. District Court for North
Carolina. It was citation in a BNA reporter, which alluded to its case number
as DCMNC 1:91 to 415 (which is a new one to me. Could this be an attempt by
the Dist Court for the Middle Dist of NC to come up with their own citation
form?)
Needless to say if you have a copy of the opinion or can point me in the right
direction, I (and the requesting attorney) would be most grateful.
