Hi, Binder fans. Besides all the invaluable help that's already been
posted on law-lib regarding this pressing problem, I'd like to add yet
another comment:

We have purchased extra key-rings just for the purpose of replacing the
cheap device that publishers put on the spring-loaded posts of these
binders <when they break>. Yes, we have found that paperclips just aren't
up to our high standards for ease of use by the filers. Key-rings come in
various sizes. We use the 1 inch round variety. You can buy them at
nearly any hardware store and they are pretty darn inexpensive. If you
don't know what a key-ring is, visit the key-ring WWW site, the URL is:
http://www.keyrings.r.great.com

Or, e-mail me and I'll tell more about it, if you can't access the bogus
Web site.
