I am looking for articles, books, etc that discuss the concept of voting rights as
a group right as much a as an individual right. I have found a lot
of commentary regarding the Voting Rights Act, but I am looking for a
general article that has discussed the idea of a group voting right in
reference to the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments. Some validiation
of the idea that there is an inherently collective component to voting,
not simply an individual right.
Any suggestions will be appreciated!
