I am looking for a history of changes other than the "Compilation of
selected acts...health law" Committee Print. i am already getting this from
GPO. I have
looked at Johnson's "Compilation of Legislative Histories", but am trying
to find out if there is a history out there somewhere that pulls all the
changes in this act together. It has been amended hundreds of times
since it first came out. The attorney is sure that someone puts together
a comprehensive history of this act. If someone does, I have not been
able to find out where it is. Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated.
