A client has a document of historical significance from early American
political history. We believe it to be of great value if an original and
need to obtain a recognized expert's valuation for tax purposes. For
these limited purposes, we hope to avoid the expense of a thorough
scientific examination and wish only an opinion based on a visual
inspection and already available information. We would be appreciate any
names and numbers of experts whose services you may have used or are
familiar with (particularly on the East Coast as the document is there).
