I am looking for an insurance form, known as CG 20 10 (form B), aa
comprehensive general liability endorsement form. I have looked in
Miller's Standard Insurance Policies annotated, Couch on Insurance,
Appleman's, and the holdings of the local law school library, to no
avail.
If anyone has this form and could fax it to us, I would be eternally
grateful. If anyone knows a source I can get this form from, I would
also be eternally grateful.
