Hello --

My 1994 Statistical Abstract has statistics on TB but only through
1992. It lists the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention in
Atlanta for statistics on reportable diseases. For info on deaths, it
lists the U.S. National Center for Health Statistics.
