This is very interesting. It just shows that it's hard to buck a process
that works.

Perhaps one way to "battle" back is for everyone to contact their main
book vendors who would have dealings with Georgetown Publishing House.
Explain that this is not a favored way of doing business, and ask if they
can put some pressure on the publisher to stop.

It probably won't do much because, after all, success is success, but it
may be worth a try.
