I am looking for a ruling which Judge Janavs in LA County Superior Court
issued last week which curbed federal affirmative-action programs in
government contracts. One of the parties names is Cornelius. This is a hot
topic right now and if anyone out there already has a copy of the ruling, I
would really appreciate it.
